The short version
We collect the minimum we need to run a small gear brand: your email if you join the list, and your order details once we start selling. We never sell your information, we do not run invasive tracking, and you can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@roxsupply.com.
Who we are
Rox Supply is an Australian business that makes grip gear for hybrid fitness racing. This policy covers roxsupply.com and any email we send you. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- List signups. Your email address, plus the product, colourway and size you selected when you signed up, so we can tell you when the right drop opens.
- Orders (once the store is live). Your name, email, delivery address, phone number for the courier, and what you bought. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers.
- Emails you send us. If you email hello@roxsupply.com, we keep the thread so we can help you.
- Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, used for security and debugging.
What we do not collect
We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data. The site currently sets no marketing cookies. If that ever changes, this policy will change first and say so plainly.
How we use your information
- To tell you when a drop opens, if you asked us to.
- To make and deliver your order, including sharing your delivery details with the shipping carrier.
- To answer your emails and sort out sizing exchanges, returns and faults.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the site and store work:
- Vercel hosts the website. Their servers may be located outside Australia, including in the United States.
- Stripe processes payments once the store is live.
- Our email provider delivers the emails you signed up for.
- Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your order.
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
List signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records are kept for as long as Australian tax and consumer law requires. Support emails are kept while they are useful for helping you.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@roxsupply.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes get an email to the list.
