GRIPLOX or PALMLOX, which one do I need?
GRIPLOX is the race day glove: thin, locked at the wrist, legal on course. PALMLOX is the training palm grip: full coverage for the pull up volume and rig work that builds race hands.
Most athletes end up with both. Train in PALMLOX, race in GRIPLOX.
Are palm grips allowed in competition?
At most hybrid racing events, no. Rulebooks commonly prohibit palm grips on course, which is exactly why we built PALMLOX for the training block and GRIPLOX for race day. Always check the current rulebook for your event before you line up.
How do I pick my size?
Each product page has a size guide with measurements in centimetres. GRIPLOX is sized by palm width; PALMLOX by the distance from the base of your middle finger to your wrist crease. If you are between sizes: size down in GRIPLOX for race day, size up in PALMLOX for comfort on volume days.
How do I look after them?
GRIPLOX is machine washable on cold; air dry, never tumble dry. PALMLOX prefers a wipe down and air dry. Chalk residue brushes out of both.
What does "numbered run" mean?
We make small production runs and number every piece in the first one. When a run sells through, it is gone until the next run passes testing. It keeps quality up and means your pair is one of a counted batch, not a warehouse of leftovers.

Australia wide at launch. International shipping comes later; join the list and tell us where you are so we know where to open next.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $9.95 anywhere in Australia, and free on orders over $100. Everything ships from Australia with tracking.
When will my order arrive?
Orders dispatch within 2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 2 to 6 business days depending on where you are in Australia. You get a tracking number the moment it ships.
What is your returns policy?
30 days, unused and in original condition, full refund. Grip gear is close contact equipment, so we cannot restock anything that has been trained in, but sizing exchanges are easy: email hello@roxsupply.com and we will sort it.
If anything arrives faulty, we replace it, no debate. Australian Consumer Law applies to everything we sell.
What is the list?
Our first access list. The first run is small, and the list gets to order before anyone else, along with the race prep notes we write while testing. One email when the drop opens, a few worth reading before it, no spam.
When does the first drop open?
When it passes testing. GRIPLOX production samples are in race simulation sessions now, and nothing ships until they survive. The list hears first, with real dates once we have them.
How can I pay at launch?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
